Innovation and Research Park/ Helix 51 Incubator

First building of new Innovation and Research Park is 97,000 sf and will be delivered for occupancy in August, 2019. Six disease-based research centers will be located in 65,000 sf. 32,000 sf are available for industry partners of wet lab and dry lab space. Multiple shared-conference rooms, cafe and lounge, and parking available.
New Helix 51 incubator opening February 15, 2019 for start-up companies. 10 research cores available for contracting drug development services including in vivo testing.
