We exist to help our clients bring industry-changing products, services and business models from mind to market. A typical engagement has three key steps:
1. Finding the need and developing clear insights. It involves doing all the “homework” required to identify the most significant economic areas of opportunity.
2. Generating and testing ideas to meet those needs. This results in a robust pipeline of new products, services and/or business models that are tested, prioritized and then serve as the cornerstone for a recommended strategy.
3. Monetizing the chosen ideas. This means effectively leveraging the new innovation assets internally across the enterprise, and by bringing the concepts to market in order to generate substantial new revenues and profits.
These three steps are designed to drive ideas from mind to market. We also integrate culture of innovation leadership practices, mindset shifts, structural transformation, tools and training to address the corporate inertia (often ignored “dark space”) that consistently inhibits innovation success. This essential element is incorporated prior to, during and after engagements to make sure that the company knows how to move the best ideas forward.
