NewFrontier Holdings

Formed by Nate Laurell in July 2010, NewFrontier Holdings is a Chicago-based holding company that manages various forms of investments; creates and funds innovative ventures; and facilities an engaging community of entrepreneurs. NewFrontier manages a small seed-stage venture fund that takes a hands-on approach, often starting companies itself. Through NewFrontier Capital, we manage traditional assets like public equities, private debt, and real estate. We also own solar and other renewable assets. Our investing philosophy focuses on margin of safety and intrinsic value. NewFrontier Holdings is also intent on building a community of entrepreneurs and has designed 35,000 square feet of coworking space in Chicago’s West Loop.
