Technology Innovation Center - Skokie

The Technology Innovation Center's new incubator for lab-based startup companies is located at the Illinois Science + Technology Park (IS+TP) in downtown Skokie.

The Incubator in Skokie offers high-quality lab space for the lab-based startup under the most flexible terms available in the Chicago area. This includes flexible space, flexible business terms, and the ability to expand within IS+TP.

A partnership with the Village of Skokie and IS+TP enabled the Incubator to expand into 6,000 sq. ft. of space at IS+IP earlier this year.

The Incubator in Skokie in now accepting applications from entrepreneurial firms interested in entering its office and lab space.
